Typical duties include:New Hire Training: Walk associates through warehouse processes, safety guidelines, and job expectations.Hands-On Coaching: Train associates on picking, packing, receiving, scanning, staging, labeling, and quality standards.Monitor Performance: Shadow new hires during their first days to ensure accuracy, speed, and proper technique.Answer Questions: Support associates with day-to-day issues, help troubleshoot workflow problems, and provide real-time guidance.Track Progress: Report trainee performance, attendance, and readiness to supervisors and leads.Ensure Compliance: Reinforce safety rules, dress code, and equipment procedures.Support the Floor: Assist leads/supervisors with daily operations as needed, and jump in to help with workload when required.Maintain Training Materials: Keep SOPs, manuals, and training checklists updated and easy to follow.Company DescriptionAbacus is a leading provider of comprehensive employment/placement solutions is seeking market talent.
