Abacus Therapies is seeking an experienced BCBA leader to serve as Clinical Director, based in Charlotte, NC, overseeing our Charlotte center operations and supporting our South Florida at-home/in-school clinical services.

Position Overview
The Clinical Director (BCBA) provides leadership and clinical oversight for our Charlotte center, ensuring high-quality ABA services and strong support for the clinical team.
This role combines clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational oversight while maintaining a strong focus on ethical and effective ABA treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for ABA programs and treatment planning
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
- Conduct case reviews and monitor client progress
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
- Support staff training and professional development
- Partner with families to ensure meaningful progress and collaboration
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support clinic operations, including providing input on caseload management
- Maintain a small clinical caseload of up to 10–15 billable hours per week, allowing significant time for leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- 3–5 years of ABA clinical experience
- Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
