This is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse functions. The position is immediately available and offers the opportunity to convert into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.Responsibilities:Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.Coordinate workflows to meet service-level agreements for multiple customers.Supervise and train warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts, audits, and reporting.Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency.Act as a liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service concerns.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Qualifications:Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage diverse teams.Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to support workforce and customer communication.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.P&L experience.Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedules (overnight/early morning shifts).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Must be flexible to work weekends/evenings if neded.
Salary : $45,000 - $52,000
