Job Description:
Education / Certifications:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Job specific requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.
- Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.
- Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred.
Work schedule:
Here’s a clear breakdown of the schedule:
1. Second Shift (Weekdays)
- Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Standard evening shift, 8 hours per day
2. Third Shift (Weekdays)
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Overnight shift, runs into the next morning
3. Weekend “B” Shift (WE B Shift)
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- These are 12-hour overnight shifts
- Friday (alternating each week):
- Week 1: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Week 2: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
