They will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing program deliverables, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within the specified timelines. The Program Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for the agency's COR (Contracting Officer Representative).
Lead the planning and execution of the Leadership Development Program and Mentor Program.
Facilitate meetings with FRTIB's LDP Program Manager and HR representatives to identify training needs.
Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans, including timelines, agendas, and workshop schedules.
Coordinate and manage -degree assessments, individual coaching sessions, workshops, and events.
Ensure the delivery of program materials, including agendas, presentations, and evaluation reports.
Conduct regular status meetings with FRTIB stakeholders to review progress.
Manage program evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, deadlines, and deliverable schedules. Skill set info

Experience working with federal agencies or public sector clients is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (, Zoom, MS Teams).
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
