Job Summary
We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to support cross-functional projects focused on improving application quality and user experience. This role involves end-to-end testing, defect tracking, and close collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and report issues accurately
- Retest fixes and ensure defects are resolved effectively
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
- Develop a strong understanding of application functionality and workflows
- Support multiple projects with varying complexity in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Manual QA Testing
- Hands-on experience in test execution, defect reporting, and UAT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
