Responsibilities
- Support investor servicing operations by reviewing capital activity transaction files
- Ensure accurate integration into internal systems, including the firm’s CRM
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and the fund administrator
- Respond to inquiries, deliver information, and maintain a high standard of client service
- Work on the investor onboarding processes and compliance documentation reviews
- Provide operational support and help coordinate across stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of fund administration experience
- Investor servicing/investor relations background
- Strong attention to detail and sense of professionalism
- Understand how flow processing impacts other teams
- Able to utilize discretion when sharing data
- Proficient with CRM data entry and reporting
- Skilled in Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
