  • Manage due diligence checklists, assist in transaction closings (land acquisitions, loans, etc.), and oversee project documentation.
  • Track and interpret key project data, including schedules, budgets, cash flows, and contracts.
  • Prepare internal investment memorandums and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development team with entitlements, permitting, and design, including the development of site plans, floor plans, unit specifications, and amenities.
  • Assist in unit turnovers and final punch walks.
  • Contribute to special projects and assignments as needed.

  • Time Management & Attention to Detail: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision and accuracy.
  • Strong Communicator: Skilled in crafting clear, concise, and professionally written correspondence and reports, and delivering effective presentations to internal teams and investors.
  • Team Player & Problem-Solver: Willing to take on any task, big or small, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Possess the desire and ability to work collaboratively to achieve meaningful results.
