HR Associate Talent Acquisition & Learning

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support Talent Acquisition, onboarding, and employee training initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who is looking to grow in recruitment, employee development, and HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment support (job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring processes

Onboarding & HR Administration

• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation and documentation
• Ensure compliance with I-9, onboarding checklists, and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS

Training & Development

• Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs
• Track employee training completion and maintain training records
• Support development initiatives and employee engagement programs

HR Operations Support

• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
• Support various HR projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems preferred (e.g., UKG, ADP, etc.)
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruiting or onboarding processes
• Exposure to training coordination or LMS systems
• Knowledge of California labor laws (basic level)

Salary : $52,000 - $62,400
