Medical Assistant – Podiatry Concierge-Type Practice

Join our premier orthopedic and podiatry group in Palm Beach Gardens! We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Medical Assistant to deliver concierge-level patient care in a family-style practice where teamwork and friendliness come first.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare patients for exams, record vitals, assist with procedures, and provide education.
• Assist with X-rays (certification preferred, but training available).
• Support orthopedic and podiatric care: wound care, casting, dressings, and post-op support.
• Schedule appointments, manage EMRs (Modernizing Medicine preferred), handle prescriptions, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Maintain smooth clinic flow while providing exceptional, concierge-level service.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (required).
• 2 years of clinical experience; podiatry experience is a plus.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude — a team player willing to help wherever needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working with EMRs, patient scheduling, and insurance coordination.
