ABA4You is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist seeking flexible part-time hours with the potential to transition into a full-time position as our occupational therapy caseload continues to grow. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of ABA and speech professionals and participate in our expanding feeding program.
Schedule
Flexible part-time hours available:
- Weekdays
- After-school hours
- Evenings
- Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in our clinic
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and caregivers
- Participate as a member of our multidisciplinary feeding team
- Complete required documentation and progress reports
- Support skill development in areas including fine motor skills, sensory regulation, activities of daily living, feeding, self-help skills, executive functioning, and community participation
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist License
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities preferred
- Feeding experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
