The Clinical Director is responsible for managing the clinical department, through strong leadership towards the group of Clinical Supervisors, taking initiative, and implementing proactive business solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of Clinical Supervisors (4 sups), to help them succeed in their responsibilities
- Complete clinic-based, 3-tier supervision (min. 60% of the job is clinical contact). No direct case management by the Clinical Director
- Manage performance scorecard for Clinical Supervisors
- Lead weekly individual Supervisor Meetings about caseload, authorization hours
- Meet or exceed operating targets as an individual and for a supervised team
- Use Organizational Behavior Management to manage the team
- Train (Registered) Behavior Technicians & Clinical Supervisors
- Carry out clinical responsibilities and adjust staffing of treatment teams as necessary to effectively provide interventions to meet the full extent of services authorized and support families.
- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, regulatory, and funding requirements are met, and act if they are not
- Monitor quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with HR and interviews
- Develop proactive business solutions
- Evaluate Clinical Supervisors
- Initiate and execute proactive business solutions
- Write and monitor performance plans
- Partner with colleagues and managers to ensure a positive customer experience for all clients through coordinated service delivery.

Requirements:- BCBA or BCBA-D
- Demonstrated experience in ABA and Managing Clinical Supervisors for over 10 years
- Minimum of 8-10 years as a Clinical Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience in parent training, VB-Mapp, AFLS, EFL, FBA
- Commitment to building, developing, and supporting diverse teams
- Commitment to ongoing training and development related to clinical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Consistent good judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience with data collection software ie Central Reach, Motivity
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
