Location: Orange County, CA /some remote and some In-Home

Compensation: $60.00/hour and higher depending on Experience for (W-2 Employee) for billable hours/ Or if you prefer Contract a contract (1099) $80.00 or higher depending on experience for billable.

We are seeking a compassionate, part-time BCBA to join our growing team and help oversee clients in both California and Idaho.
This is an urgent hire for someone who values flexibility, teamwork, and meaningful work with children and families.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a newly certified BCBA or an experienced clinician seeking flexible hours and a supportive team environment.
You will work closely with the Executive Clinical Director, who continues to oversee all clinical programs and provide mentorship, while you manage day-to-day case support and technician supervision.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to,
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs/BTs and provide clinical feedback and training
- Collaborate with families to promote consistency and progress
- Monitor data collection and treatment integrity
- Communicate with leadership to ensure program quality
- Uphold ethical standards (BACB, HIPAA, and company policies)

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (or newly certified)
- Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Compassionate, professional, and organized
- Reliable transportation for community-based sessions
- Clear background check
- Maintain BCBA Certification
- Live in California preferred
- Conduct In person Supervision twice per Month required
