We're looking for ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one support to children in their homes, schools, and communities. Whether you're just starting in the field or are already certified, we'll give you the training, supervision, and support you need to thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Work 1:1 with children with autism using play, structured teaching, and natural learning opportunities.
- Implement fun and motivating activities designed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Intervening in, and recording maladaptive behaviors.
- Collect data to track progress on individualized goals.
- Support parents and caregivers as part of a collaborative treatment team.
- Writing session notes based on goals implemented and observed behaviors.
- Bring positivity, patience, and creativity to every session.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who loves working with kids and making learning fun.
- A great communicator who can build positive relationships with families and teammates.
- Reliable, flexible, and open to feedback.
- Able to meet the physical needs of the job (kneeling, sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.).
- Reliable transportation to travel to families in the Woodbridge and Dale City areas.
