We are seeking a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavior intervention plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, analyzing data, training and supporting staff members, and providing parent education. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care and positive outcomes for clients.
- Proficient in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong skills in Behavior Management and Parent Education
- Foundational knowledge in Psychology and its application to behavior intervention
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies
- Experience working with individuals with developmental differences, including autism, is preferred
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
