This is a home-based RBT position, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the client’s home under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Schedule: After-school hours (Monday–Thursday, approximately 3:30–6:30 PM); no Fridays required
- You will work directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans and support meaningful skill development.
- Be part of a passionate and dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
- Current and active RBT Certification (required — ABA Squad is currently accepting only certified RBTs for this role)
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in the Hampton area
