Assistant Director - Hillsborough

The Assistant Director (AD) - Hillsborough and will support the director in overseeing services and providing support to staff.  The AD - Hillsborough serves as the first leadership contact for all staff and clients and works with the director to resolve issues and concerns. The AD is also involved in the development and dissemination of area-specific policies as assigned and monitors employee adherence to operating procedures (organization and site-specific policies) as well as adherence to BACB guidelines and contractual agreements and resolves issues related to non-adherence. The AD is also responsible for area oversight, specific area projects, or staff management as outlined by the area director including hiring, onboarding, and staff training as assigned by the area director. 

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and current board certification at the Master’s Level (BCBA) with at least 1 year post-certification experience
• Must have been employed or contracted with ABA Solutions for a minimum of 18 months
• Must have experience in Hillsborough County Public Schools
• Must be willing to commute to various sites across the region
• Must be a USF-approved practicum supervisor
  

Job Duties (as assigned by the director)

• Assist area director in management of service provision and staff management for the area
  • Managing service provision for sites and region.
  • Staff training and oversight
• Assist director with area growth including client and staff recruitment
  • Recruitment and hiring
• Assist director with developing and maintaining community partnerships
• Assist in disseminating agency policies to staff
• Attend monthly director meetings
• Administrative Support
• Billing auditing and communication
