Position: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: home-based, Richmond
Compensation: $34–$37 per hour
Shifts: part-time Shift needed 16 hours a week. Require Shift for Saturdays and Sundays up to 8 hour per day needs both Saturdays and Sundays.
We also have other cases which may need services during the weekdays, but for now we are prioritizing this case staffing.

About the Case:
We are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable female Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for an 8-year-old nonverbal male diagnosed with low-functioning Autism. The position focuses on care, engagement, assisting with hygiene and daily living skills. While implementing a BIP.
We are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable female Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for an 8-year-old nonverbal male diagnosed with low-functioning Autism. The position focuses on care, engagement, assisting with hygiene and daily living skills. While implementing a BIP.
This client presents significant behavioral concerns and requires 2:1 support, meaning two RBTs will work with the client simultaneously during each shift. There is no mid-level assigned to this case; however, the BCBA will overlap once a week to provide clinical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
- Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
- Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
- Accurately document session notes and incident reports
- Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team
Requirements:
- RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
- Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
- Male candidates are preferred due to the client’s specific needs
- Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
- Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
