Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services to two 5-year-old children. The ideal candidate is committed, reliable, and passionate about working with young children to support behavior management and skill acquisition in a structured environment.
Duties
- Implement individualized ABA interventions and behavior plans
- Support skill acquisition programs (communication, social, and daily living skills)
- Effectively manage and reduce maladaptive behaviors using evidence-based strategies
- Collect accurate data and track client progress
- Write clear, detailed, and professional session notes
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA and caregivers as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavior management and skill acquisition
- Current RBT certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
