Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and youth (ages 2–21) in their homes and community environments. You'll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- •Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth ages 2–21 in home and community settings.
- •Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA.
- •Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems.
- •Support clients with communication, social, and functional living skills.
- •Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
- •Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions.
- •Flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time).
- •Free 40-hour RBT training and support toward certification.
- •Paid onboarding and supervision hours toward BCBA licensure.
- •Mobile documentation system – no paper forms.
- •Professional development and advancement pathways.
- •Associate's or higher preferred
- •Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
- •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow clinical guidance.
- •Willingness to complete RBT certification and ongoing professional training.
- •Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned region.
- •Registered Behavior Technicians will be in good standing with the BACB and comply with all regulations set forth under the RBT certification.
- •Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).
- •Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- •Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- •Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.
- •Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
