Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with ASD using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with part-time and full-time opportunities available. Team members working 30 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with children to help build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record data during each session
- Read and interpret behavior data using graphs
- Understand and apply measurement terms such as frequency, duration, and latency
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
