What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position at ABA Logic?

ABA Logic is seeking individuals who are committed to helping others gain verbal, social, daily living, and vocational skills. The ideal candidates are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or those looking to advance their knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis to become a RBT and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The hours for this position are after school (4:00PM) for 15 hours/week. We are committed to providing quality training and ongoing supervision to ensure that our team members are enthusiastic and confident in their service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Completion of RBT training modules (if not yet certified)
- Provide individualized instruction to improve daily living skills and social skills in the client’s home setting
- Implementation of Behavior Support Plans
- Data collection across skill acquisition and target behavior programs
- Documentation of service delivery
- Adherence to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Code of Ethics
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
