What You’ll Do As a BCBA
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill assessments as a BCBA
- Develop individualized treatment plans and ABA programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity
- Analyze data and modify interventions as needed
- Train families, caregivers, and staff
- Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, OT, educators)
- Complete all documentation according to BACB and Georgia requirements
What We’re Looking For In a BCBA
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs is a plus
- Strong ABA knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism
- A caring BCBA who wants to help families thrive
- Must reside in Georgia (or within 50 miles of the state line)
