In-Home Part-Time Behavioral Therapist - Natick, MA
Competitive pay at $20-$25 per hour based on experience
The hours you would work with the client:
Client schedule: Wednesday - Friday 4pm-7pm (15 hours/week)

Behavioral Technician Responsibilities:
- Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as outlined in the client’s treatment plan
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles and teaching procedures
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors
Behavioral Technician Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass CORI and abuse registry checks
- Reliable transportation
- Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, in childcare, or in the field of ABA is preferred
- Punctual, communicative, and dependable
- Cover letter strongly encouraged to highlight your interest and experience
