ABA GROUP & ASSOCIATES INC is an agency that specializes in providing Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Children with diagnoses of Down Syndrome, and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder are also eligible.
Job Description - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
1. Provides a direct implementation of services as described in the Individual Behavior Analysis Services Plan (BASP) created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
2. Provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problem behaviors in the home, community, and school settings, following the treatment plan goals and interventions.
3. Provides a direct implementation of replacement/skills acquisition programs according to the BASP.
4. Implements Preventive and Reactive Strategies as described in the BASP.
5. Assists with individualized assessment procedures.
6. Delivers reinforcement in the natural environment and uses various reinforcers.
7. Accurately collects data (maladaptive behavior- Replacements/acquisition skill programs).
8. Timely submission of written reports. (Datasheets, notes, services log, invoice, others.)
9. Maintains professional, courteous interactions and appropriate communication with Client, supervisors, and Caregivers.
10. Actively seeks clinical direction from supervisor. Responds appropriately to supervisor feedback and maintains or improves. performance accordingly.
11. RBT complies with applicable, legal, regulatory, workplace data collection, storage, transportation, and documentation requirements.
12. Collaborates with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively.
13. Communicate confidentially and professionally with behavior analysts, teachers, parents, and educators.
14. Attends ongoing training and professional development.
15. Strictly follow the RBT Ethics Code.
16. RBT is responsible for maintaining up to date all in-services required to provide the Behavior Analysis Services (BAS).

Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Must have a High School Diploma.
