This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Marlton, NJ. The BCBA will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions, and lead behavior assessments. Responsibilities include providing parent education, facilitating behavior management strategies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and consistent progress.
- Strong background in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Proficiency in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Knowledge of Psychology and developmental disorders, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans and conduct behavioral assessments
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical standards and quality care
- Experience working in clinical or educational settings is a plus
