What You’ll Do
- Assist with administrative or program-related tasks
- Support scheduling, documentation, and communications within clinics or corporate office
- Help organize and maintain digital or physical files and records
- Participate in special projects or events related to community outreach, operations, or marketing
- Attend team meetings and trainings for exposure to healthcare or clinical practices
- Provide general support for office efficiency, client services, or operational workflows
- Observe and shadow staff in day-to-day activities, where appropriate
- Warmly greet visitors to our facility
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; current student or recent graduate preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in event planning, healthcare, psychology, business administration, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and complete the required onboarding procedures
