What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician position at ABA CENTER OF EXCELLENCE FOR AUTISM?
Avanza ABA is a BCBA-founded and led ABA practice providing compassionate, individualized, and high-quality ABA services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Arizona. We are currently growing our East Valley team and are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, BCBA-led organization.

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Daytime cases currently available
- In-home and school-based settings
- East Valley service areas including:
- Mesa
- Chandler
- Gilbert
- Fountain Hills
Compensation
- $24–$27/hour depending on experience, availability, and setting
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate session data
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development
- Collaborate professionally with caregivers, schools, and clinical team members
- Complete session documentation within required timelines
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training
Qualifications Required:
- Active RBT certification through the BACB or willing to get RBT certificate within 90 days
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass background check/fingerprint clearance
- Strong communication and professionalism
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Experience in home and/or school settings
