Your Role:
As an BCBA in training, you will:
* Work closely with our BCBA's in our Wrentham center to improve competencies and provide a BCBA mentor. We will help you feel confident in your ability to enter the field as a future BCBA.
* Work with children & adolescents in our Wrentham center, their homes, or daycare settings.
* Teach vocational & social skills, encourage leisure activities, and promote community involvement.
* Implement ABA teaching procedures to help children reach their personal goals.
* Coach & collaborate with families to ensure consistency and success.
* Lead play & social skills groups to encourage peer interaction.
Schedule & Compensation:
* Flexible Hours
* Competitive Pay: $22 - $27 per hour (based on experience)
