ABA Behavior Services provides high quality, effective, and individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the home, school, and community setting to children with Autism and related disorders.
We are committed to hiring experienced BCBA's, ABA Therapists, and Registered Behavior Technicians that are part of a collaborative and proactive team to help our clients reach their full potential!
We are proud to offer a positive work environment with many learning opportunities. We are hiring part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapists.
Current available cases are in Union, Somerset, Morris, Essex, Middlesex, and Bergen Counties.
Cases that need staffing:
Permanent Cases:
- Westfield - Behavior Technician Needed- (4 year old female, after-school hours)
- Saddlebrook-Behavior Technician Needed (8 year old male 2-3 days afterschool, more hours in summer)

BCBA Requirements:
- Master's degree and BCBA certification
- Experience providing in-home ABA
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills, able to connect easily with others
- Solid technical skills and passion for quality service
- Positive and professional team player
- Organized and efficient, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
- Ability to supervise upcoming BCBA candidates
BCBA Job Responsibilities:
- Supervision of ABA sessions
- Parent training
- Treatment planning (if applicable per insurance company)
- Reauthorizations
BCBA Hourly Rate Range: $75-100/hour
Behavior Therapist Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience in ABA in the home setting
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working directly with children
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Desire to be part of a collaborative team
Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting to children with Autism and related disorders
- Collect interfering behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Follow programming objectives and treatment plans if applicable
- Implement ABA teaching techniques during session, such as, differential reinforcement, shaping, chaining, task analysis, prompting, fading, and antecedent strategies
- Reach out to BCBA supervisor for program revisions if necessary
- Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
Behavior Therapist/RBT Hourly Rate Range: $30-50/hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $100.00 per hour
