The Opportunity: Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician (Full-time)
This is an opportunity to launch your career as a Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
We are seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as full-time Behavior Therapists / Behavior Technicians (ABA Therapists). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

This is a great opportunity for college students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Training.
The Philosophy in Training: Learning to Be an Effective Behavior Therapist
Our training program is competency-based rather than time-based or curriculum-based, which means that an experienced trainer will always be by your side until you demonstrate all the skills required to independently and effectively work with an individual child.
The Role: Elevating Lives
Behavior therapists work with children with autism (and their families) to teach them all the skills they need to lead happy, healthy, and independent lives. We help children expand their capacity to learn, communicate, and socialize with others. We eliminate problematic behaviors that impede the child’s ability to learn and engage in social relationships. We teach self-help skills (e.g. eating, brushing teeth, dressing, chores, etc.), and help kids overcome fears and frustrations. We focus heavily on play skills as a foundation for both learning and social development.
The Legacy
Being a Behavior Therapist is one of the most fulfilling and ethically vital roles—a meaningful contribution to the community. We are a legacy-driven organization with team members who have been with us for 17 years. By helping children and families, we elevate lives—empowering them to recognize, realize, and achieve their full potential!
Currently, we are seeking serious individuals ready to learn and earn their place among the industry's best.
Ask yourself:
- Am I truly ready for a company to invest thousands of dollars in my professional future?
- Am I serious enough to deserve fully paid, tuition-free, high-level training starting at $17/hr. as I learn and earn to achieve a position of long-term growth among the best Behavior Therapists in the ABA industry?
