ASAT (ABA a Step At a Time care) is a parent-founded, clinician-led, outcomes-driven, and evidence-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis for children with autism spectrum disorder and their families in Connecticut and the New York City area. Our administrative support functions allow our providers to focus 100% of their time on their clinical passion.
We are searching for 1 part-time provider to deliver effective, enjoyable, and individualized ABA therapy in Suffield, CT.

Location & Schedule:
We are looking for one (1) part time Behavior Technician within driving distance of Suffield with morning and afternoon availability for an immediate or prompt start:
- Mon, Thurs, Fri 4pm-7:15pm
- Saturday only 9am-12pm
Responsibilities:
o Conduct direct implementation of skill and behavior plans developed by BCBA in an engaging way for the Learner and assist with the plan development when appropriate;
o Collect and record data accurately and efficiently;
o Train new and existing staff members in behavior-analytic strategies;
o Communicate clearly and effectively with caregivers and clinical team (internal and external);
o Abide by the code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians;
o Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients;
o Continue professional development.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification is required for this position;
- Experience in the field of autism and ABA therapy;
- Experience in scope and sequence of early learning curriculum;
- Experience in building trust with patients, families, and other team members working in ABA or in other disciplines.
