Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level ABA Technician)

Responsibilities You’ll Own

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, using play-based, evidence-backed techniques tailored to each child

• Track and record session data accurately

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure cohesive care and treatment plan alignment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Age 18 or older

• No previous ABA experience needed—we will train you

• Strong passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and families

• Willingness to be supervised and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts

• Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) or background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, or related fields is a plus
