Job Summary
We’re seeking a design oriented, detail-oriented and technically skilled architect to join our Team. In this role, you’ll develop design concepts and then transform those concepts into architectural construction drawings using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Blubeam. You’ll collaborate closely with Director of Architecture, project managers, estimators, engineers, contractors and clients to support all phases of project development - from concept through construction documents and construction. Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect or on track to become licensed
- 3-8 Years relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Stong Design skill
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, building systems
- Excellent time management
- Strong communication skills: graphic, written and verbal
- Well organized with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Mid-Journey, and Bluebeam
- Use of creativity and experience to solve problems effectively
- Ability to designs to fit Owner's program
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rigorous environment
Key Responsibilities
- Create project designs

- Review submittals
- Perform Site Visits
- Report to Director of Architecture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
