We’re expanding our regional team and seeking an experienced, collaborative, and flexible Regional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our growing network across Buena Park, Orange, & Chino Hills.Position Details:Locations: Buena Park, Orange, & Chino Hills.Schedule: Full-Time | Follows the district school calendar.Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year.Settings: Elementary, Middle, and High School openings.Weekly Pay: $2,437–$2,812 DOE.Benefits & Perks:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401(k) FSA options.Paid time off (eligibility required).Weekly direct deposit.Referral bonuses travel stipends for qualified travelers.Credentialing and housing support (if relocating).What You’ll Do:Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide direct and consultative therapy services across assigned schools/facilities.Collaborate with administrators, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Supervise or mentor CFs, SLPAs, and support staff as needed.Ensure compliance with documentation, billing, and professional standards.Travel between sites within the assigned region.Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program.National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services with teaching credential.Valid Certificate of Clearance (COC) from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.Reliable transportation for regional travel.Why Work with AB Staffing?At AB Staffing, we specialize in connecting dedicated educators with schools across the country.
