Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Build, engage, manage, and develop a team of high-performing recruiting staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Motivate a team of recruiters by setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback to drive performance.
- Oversee the recruitment process for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other stakeholders to understand client priorities and requirements for staffing solutions.
- Experience building, coaching, and managing a recruiting team.
- Organized and pragmatic; thrives in a results-oriented environment.
- Experience defining and delivering complex recruiting strategies.
- Experience utilizing metrics and data to drive recruitment results.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions.
- Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills with strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
- Strong market trends orientation – data analysis & trending and influencing skills.
