We are in search of an exceptional Recruiter to join our growing team.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers to our hospital, clinic and school partners.
- Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates.
- Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.
- Minimum 2 years sales or recruiting experience.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Ability to set and surpass goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses. Senior recruiters average $100,000-$175,000 !
- Hourly pay with 1.5x overtime during training.
