We are looking for driven, competitive and relationship-focused Recruiters to join our growing team. Depending on your background, strengths and business needs, you may recruit within one of our core staffing divisions, including Locum Tenens, Allied Health, Nursing or Education.

This is a sales-driven recruiting role for someone who enjoys building relationships, competing toward goals and seeing their effort directly impact their income and career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit professionals for contract, travel and other staffing opportunities nationwide within one of our specialized divisions.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective candidates through outbound calls, texts, emails, referrals, job boards, social media and direct sourcing.
• Conduct a high volume of candidate outreach and follow-up activities each day.
• Screen and interview candidates to understand their experience, goals, availability and preferences.
• Present relevant opportunities and confidently guide candidates through the decision-making process.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates rather than focusing only on a single placement.
• Overcome objections, follow up consistently and keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with Account Management, Credentialing, Compliance, Payroll and other internal teams to move candidates efficiently from initial conversation through placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes and pipeline information within company systems.
• Consistently work toward individual activity, placement, revenue and performance goals.

You do not need experience recruiting every specialty. We are looking for people with the sales ability, communication skills and drive to learn their market and become an expert within their assigned division.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of recruiting, sales, business development, customer service or relationship-building experience preferred.
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively creating opportunities rather than waiting for candidates to come to you.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confidence navigating objections, rejection and difficult conversations.
• Persistent follow-up habits and the ability to stay organized across a large candidate pipeline.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team.
