LCSW / Licensed Clinical Social Worker Job Description:
- Conduct mental health assessments, develop and execute treatment plans, document progress notes
- Coordinate treatment goals and services
- Facilitates individual and group mental health care for patients, security personnel, and healthcare staff
- Provide clinical support
- Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-V criteria
LCSW / Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications:
- Active AZ Licensure/Certification
