Role Description
This is a part time or full-time clinic, in home, or hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX for a Behavioral Health Technician (RBT). The Behavioral Health Technician will work closely with clients to implement behavioral interventions, support treatment plans, and provide assistance in achieving client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring client progress, collecting and analyzing data, assisting in the implementation of behavior analysis plans, and reporting observations to clinical staff. This position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of quality care and support for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Experience with Behavioral Intervention techniques and strategies
- Educational background or experience in Psychology
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining professionalism
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Registered Behavior Technician, BLS Certification) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience in behavioral health or related therapeutic settings is a plus
