Information Services
Efficiently deploy new hardware and upgrade existing systems.
Provide consistent support for existing hardware systems within the data center.
Proactively respond to support queries, manage incidents in the ticketing system, and document resolutions.
Execute change requests within pre-defined timelines.
Oversee equipment logistics, including shipping and receiving.
Assist in managing hardware inventory.
Participate in meetings related to both internal and customer-centric environments.
Regularly update support procedures and process documentation as needed.
Business Partnering
Act as a partner for IT with the user community and apply most effective use of IT technology to direct business thinking.
Identify information technology solutions to support the business strategies across all business functions.
Work with key functional peers to identify IT needs, gathering requirements, assist in estimating project costs and schedules.

Qualifications:
A combination of the listed skills and knowledge is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
5 years of experience in network and server administration, hardware, and performance monitoring tools.
Proven experience in hardware administration and resolution of related issues.
Familiarity with deploying and managing servers and hardware is a must.
Must be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experienced and knowledgeable of managing Azure Servers and Physical Servers
Knowledgeable of virtualization platforms (i.e. VMware)
Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional attention to detail.
