Position Overview
AB Legal Consult is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in both employment-based and humanitarian immigration matters who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support immigration petitions and applications, including EB-1, O-1, NIW, naturalization, green cards, and VAWA cases
- Assist with deportation defense case preparation and documentation
- Draft forms, legal support letters, and assemble comprehensive petition packages
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain organized documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and requirements
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy
- Provide support across a variety of immigration case types
- Perform administrative and operational tasks, including document management and internal coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal certificate required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law
- Experience with employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian immigration matters preferred
- Exceptional writing, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines

Compensation
$25.00 – $27.00 per hour ($53,206 – $56,160 annually, before taxes)
