Position Summary
AB Facility Service is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team for the Fall semester. This unpaid internship is designed for students seeking academic credit and offers hands-on experience in HR operations, administration, payroll support, employee onboarding, and special projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working alongside an experienced HR team in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including data entry and employee documentation.
- Help coordinate employee training, compliance, and HR communications.
- Support HR projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
