Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Controller position. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing payroll processes, handling audits, and streamlining accounting operations to ensure efficiency. The Controller will also collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and support the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Auditing, and Compliance regulations
• Experience with Financial Analysis and providing strategic recommendations based on data
• Familiarity with Accounting Software and ERP systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across departments
• CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar financial management or controller role
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
