This role is responsible for identifying and securing new clients, developing proposals and pricing strategies, managing the RFP process, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling facility services, winning new accounts, delivering client presentations, and generating revenue through strategic networking and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure commercial service contracts
- Develop and manage relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers
- Lead the RFP process, proposal development, and pricing strategy
- Conduct client presentations, networking events, and business meetings
- Collaborate with operations leadership to develop customized service solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- 7 years of business development experience
- MUST have experience selling janitorial, facility services, building maintenance, or related services
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with RFPs, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Strong presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
