About the Role:
As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will provide exceptional patient care, conducting office visits, administering wellness visits, and coordinating care with other providers.
Requirements:
- National certification in Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, or related specialty
- Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner License
- 1 year direct primary care experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA license
