Overview
We are a growing urgent care organization seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver efficient, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. New graduates encouraged to apply.
Compensation & benefits
- Base pay: $75-$85 per hour
- Performance incentives: up to $25 per hour (average hourly ~ $96)
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000
- Paid time off: five weeks annually (vacation, holidays, sick)
- CME: three paid CME days per year plus additional CME support

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license
- Minimum six months clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or similar fast-paced setting; strong new graduates considered
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Availability to work every other weekend
