We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Urgent Care provider to join our expanding team in North Andover, Massachusetts. You’ll deliver patient-centered care for a wide range of non-emergent conditions, working closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced, collaborative urgent care setting.
Where you can work
- Multiple site opportunities across Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, North Andover, and Haverhill.
Schedule
- Centers are open seven days a week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Full-time (36 hours/week) and part-time schedules available.
Pay & benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $75–$85/hour.

What we’re looking for
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Board certification: Family Medicine PA or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP.
- Current or eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
- Prior urgent care experience preferred.
- Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
- Familiarity with universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented, patient-focused approach.
