Join a growing primary care organization in the Boston, MA area as the Regional Medical Director overseeing multiple outpatient sites. This hybrid corporate/clinical position combines strategic leadership with patient care: roughly three days per week will focus on administrative, quality, and operational initiatives; one to two days per week will be clinical, providing direct patient care at a local practice.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple primary care clinics
- Drive quality improvement, care model innovation, and value-based care initiatives
- Support provider development, recruitment, and performance management
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategy, budgeting, and growth
- Maintain active clinical practice and ensure high standards of patient care and safety
Compensation & benefits:
- Base salary range $270,000–$320,000 (dependent on incentives)

Required qualifications (non-negotiable):
