Qualifications:
- Active NP license in Massachusetts, or ability to obtain one
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience as an NP in primary care or a related setting (new graduates not eligible)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care
- Experience with EHRs and healthcare technology platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging patients from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate in a non-hierarchical team environment and manage competing priorities effectively
